Montauk Bass Are In Thick

Great day out on the water today and most of the week.  Fishing was good and we did split inshore combo trips most almost every day this week.   Today, we hit our Limit for Striped Bass up to about 25lbs.  This week we saw a few Bass come up to about 30lbs.  Pretty soon we should see some larger fish in the rips.   June will be prime time for sunset monster bass trips…we have a few dates open.

The fluke are in thick but lots of shorts in the mix.  Most trips are averaging fish in the 3-7lb range.  The largest fluke this past week tipped the scales at 10.01 lbs.

This saturday we are getting out for our first Shark trip of the season…Sharks are back to the west with some good Threashers taken, the bluefish are here so the sharks should be right behind them.
